I currently work remotely as a web developer (45 hours a week), but I tend to work in coffee shops and libraries during the day so I like to keep my place clean to come back to after a long day. I have received my full security deposit back from all 4 of my student houses throughout university, so damage to the house isn’t something you need to be concerned about. I love maximalist decorations in a way that feels cosy, and I’m very handy so I can handle basic repairs on my own.

This is a share house. You only get private room with share kitchen and share toilet. Other tenants are all working and hardly even seen them as they work night shift and sleep on the day time. The house Only walking distance to Swansea Uni and singleton hospital,peace with surrounding woods,close to the shops and everything you need daily,botanical garden and beach not far too. Only I don’t accept pork, pet and no alcohol please…thank you.
