I'm a certified welder by trade. I usually work 8-12 hr days. I'm never home. And I spend weekends with my family. I like to go out allot so I'm never home really. I'm clean I do my own chores and Im not dirty or bummy. I have kids but they do not live with me. I broke up with my ex so now I'm looking for a temporary room to rent. I'm willing to pay for the rental good decent money if I like what I see. I'm a very outgoing / calm and reserved person at the same time and I get along with EVERYONE. I do not discriminate .
