I'm clean and quiet, respectful. I would stay over at my boyfriend's studio in Manhattan part of the time while paying my full rent, which offers you more frequent privacy. I wouldn't bring anyone over. I'm friendly and would love to be friends with my roommates with some boundaries and privacy, but I also have no issue just sharing a cordial and respectful apartment-share.
