Scott Needs an Apartment

I am a 39 year old gay man returning to NYC full-time, and looking for a good living situation as I transition back. I lived full-time in the City for 9 years prior to 2020, and have been back and forth between NY and South Carolina over the past two years. Currently, I work in marketing for an investment firm based in New York. I have been remote with the firm, but will now be returning to the office 2-4 days a week. Previously I worked for NYU producing events and then attended culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education in Lower Manhattan. I do some private catering on the side and am working on building a food business. Looking for a room and roommate in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I am clean, considerate, and easygoing, and like to make an apartment feel like home. I am also currently training for the 2022 NYC Marathon, so get up and run many mornings. I am social and enjoy spending time with friends and exploring the city's restaurants, bars, etc. I typically go out on the weekends and also enjoy a night in with wine (or gin or bourbon in my case) and a movie or TV.
