Colleen Needs a House

Hello everyone, READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE RESPONDING!!!!!!! My name is Colleen and I am a 35 year old woman with a cat named Ninja. I recently left my ex of 12 years in the OC and was staying with a friend in the valley. However, his grandma passed away and his uncle needed to move in. So I searched and searched and finally found my current place. But now HIS mom is sick and needs to move in from Pennsylvania. I am currently in school to be a dog behaviorist/stylist/nutritionist, and also have my cat behaviorist certification. I also just finished a job as a scare actor for Valley Fright Nights. I am also about to start a new job tomorrow for Zankou Chicken as a cashier. My budget WILL be about $800 to $1,200 a month.I am also on indeed, governmentjobs.com, people ready, and Tend daily searching for more work. Once I finish with school in October, I will then start working for the company who put me in school. But I always tend to keep looking for all of my options available to me. I need to move out ASAP but am super broke. I start my new job tomorrow so I should get paid soon, but need to move before I do.. I moved here from the OC with nothing. My ex totalled my car. My roommate isn't being pushy but I can tell he is stressed out and I want to help him get his mom here ASAP! My things are already packed as I was scammed out of $150 by a woman claiming she was holding the room. Come to find out everything was a lie. Hence why I am broke.
