Matthew Needs a Place

At just a hair under 13 years living in Philadelphia I am eager for a new and engaging environment. I've secured adequate employment and now need a room. Im a 39 years young amab queer person who is deeply interested in the arts, life as it is and the human scene. I make strong efforts to be a thoughtful and kind human as well as in maintaining good lines of communication with those around me. LGBTQ+ friendly. Respectful of boundaries. Preference towards compromise/collaborative problem solving styles. Looking for a place to rest when not out at work or play. Play mostly being walking around for countless hours with my film cameras and meeting all sorts. Outside of the aforementioned im not sure what else to say at the moment.
