Sara Needs a Condo

Hey! I am looking to carefully move into a new rental unit to share with a roomate this coming winter. I have lived on my own for the last 2 years and before that shared homes with 1 or 2 people. I am looking to move in somewhere i can continue to do my hobbies (run, cooking, reading, art) and stay focus on my professional career (urban planning!), which sometime sinvolves lengthy nightly meetings and early morning starts - - hence having privacy is key to me. Just as is, having a space to socialize and do collective tasks or host occasional events, is equally important. I would like a roomate who is open, lgbt friendly, ok with my 7 yr old overly friendly tabby, and is OK with having an indoor garden in the living room (ive got lots of plants) =)
