KeVan Needs an Apartment

Hello! My name is KeVan (K-Von), I am 29 years old and looking for a room to rent! I am currently a restaurant manager in Mira Mesa, paying $900 for my rent in Chula Vista. I work from 40-60 hours a week so I'm only home for the essentials pretty much. I'm a home body so I like to enjoy my off days playing video games and de-stressing from the work week. My hobbies are all over the place, I love hip-hop dance, anime, reading, and always trying to find creative outlets to express myself. I've been in San Diego since 2016 moved away from Las Vegas. I am the eldest of 5 siblings so I am known as the responsible one amongst all of them. My friends see me as (I've been told) the type of person you can always go to when you need help fixing your sense of direction in life, or simply just lending a helping hand or ear when they're in need. I can provide you with references to all individuals I used to live with in the past 4-5 years. I can confidently say that I bring no trouble or stress to whatever household I am currently in. I do my best to be empathetic and think of how my actions may affect others. Which helps me not only stay out of trouble, but also help keep my heart open and have it hold a genuine care for people.
