Isa Has an Apartment

I am a professional female and a SINGLE MOM who is working in Marketing and Events for the field, in Washington DC. I don not have a private room available, however, I am looking to share the living room from my one bedroom apt with non-smoking, very clean and kids lover International/ professional/student FEMALE only. This is a temporary place for a lady who do not mind staying in the living room to save money during her short period of time in the city. This space has a divider, a desk and clothing storage. It feels like a room. I am very easy to live with and respectful of other spaces. Very clean and organized, expecting same back from guests. The apartment is close to CVS, WHOLEFOOD, WSC gym, restaurants, we are close to bus stops that go to Dupont Circle Metro and walking distance to Wisconsin Ave. Parking on the street. Utilities are included (Cable, Wireless internet, gas, and energy) perfect to GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS. We are minutes away from Georgetown.
