Available June 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021 (a total of 3 months maximum) - perfect for a short-term visitor. This is a bright, spacious, private, one-bedroom basement studio (in a private home) with attached bathroom, fully furnished and ready to move in. The unit comes with air conditioning and a fully-equipped galley kitchenette. The room has a private entrance. All utilities are included, plus high-speed wifi. The bedroom is large at 295 square feet. Shared driveway parking is included. Move-in ready, all you need is your suitcase. We are located in a quiet Belmont neighborhood. It's a 3 minute walk to bus 75 direct to Harvard Square, or a 15 minute bike ride. Owners have two cats. No smoking. AGAIN: This unit is only available for three months, from June 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021. Shorter periods will be considered.
