Kendy Has a House

The host came from China. The house is located on a quiet street in the city of Vancouver. It is 1.3 kilometers from Renfrew Park Community Centre. The house is close to bus routes (#25 & #27) and Superstore/Walmart/CanadianTire/Save on Food supermarket. You can take a direct bus to UBC (#25) and easily access Skytrain to downtown. The room is bright, clean, and fully furnished with high-speed internet, washer/dryer, Kitchen. No meals are included in the room fee. No pets, No drugs, No smoking, No alcohol, No party, No visitors allowed in the property. A 50% Damage deposit is required. The deposit is refundable if you give us one month's notice and no damage to the room. We require a copy of your photo ID or passport and proof of enrollment for security reasons. Please reply with your personal profile, full name, gender, moving-in dates, and moving-out dates, country of origin, and the purpose of your visit to Vancouver.
