My home is in the heart of vibrant lower Lonsdale. If you stay in my home you will discover a west coast contemporary community, with sweeping views of downtown Vancouver to the south and the stunning north shore mountains to the north. You'll enjoy living in the epicentre of it all. Excellent restaurants fabulous shopping, fresh produce and delicacies from the market, museums, and art galleries and ample festivals! Step outside my front doors and enjoy local fine dining, live music, and access to the walking and biking trails that also surround my neighbourhood. Or, find tranquility and stillness above the liveliness of my neighbourhood by retreating to either one of my private patio's/balcanies. ALL AMENITIES: Starbucks, restaurants, trendy boutiques, cafes, grocery, liquor store, pharmacy, Lonsdale Quay Market and shopping mall, The Pier, parks and the seabus to downtown all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Public transportation is literaly at my front door. Within 5 feet of my front steps. We have a very friendly enviornment and offer a truly Canadian family experience. We offer access to laundry facilities, wireless internet, and more. My home is clean, comfortable, safe and relaxed. Not alot of rules...just common sense and common respect towards one another. Which makes for a truly memorable experience for everyone.
