Emily Has a House

Private room & bathroom located on the first floor of a three bedroom house. (Only one other room occupied.) Bedroom is very large and bright - 11 x 15, with two large closets. Photos of the room are before roommate moved out. Still furnished but totally clear of additional things. Also, you have access to the whole, large and freshly updated home. House is close to Fort Totten Metro Station (10-15 walk), Brookland, Catholic University, Tacoma Park, multiple bus lines & Providence Hospital. PAYMENT: I do require 25% deposit to hold the room for you. I can accept payment through Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. I cannot accept checks or cash. I do have a refund policy 3 weeks before your stay begins. If you would like to cancel before this date, I will refund the deposit.
