This is a wonderful quiet house. There is a cat who rules the house with her cuteness. We have a history of both long and short term rentals to students and professionals ranging in age from there 20's to there 50's. Everyone is respectful of each other. Our renters right now are full time workers and very considerate of each other. We currently have one fully furnished bedroom available for rent. Included are new full size mattress and box spring hi boy, long large dresser, mirror and nightstand. Basic Cablevision, Wi-Fi, use of the washer, dryer bedding, linens, towels and all utilities are included. included. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms are all shared. The backyard is being renovated but there is currently a table, chairs and a grill for use. Rent is $1700. a month. On street Parking is available. The house is located in Plainview, New York, in Nassau County 11803. We're in walking distance to , Shoprite, CVS Starbucks, and loads of restaurants. Shopping, library, Post office are all within walking distance. A high school track, World famous Bethpage State Park, "US Open, PGA championship, Rider Cup" as well as Jones beach are popular attraction. Easy commute to Hofstra, Adelphi, Post, NYIT, Farmingdale, Nassau Community College. Hospitals Northwell Plainview, Northwell Syosset. No parties or illegal drugs are permitted.
