Looking for non-smoking, professional female roommate. I have a large private bedroom with large closet and large private living room with slider to back yard in the lower level of my condo available for rent in very quiet neighborhood. Plowing and shoveling is taken care of by association. Kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor and would be shared. Washer/dryer available on first floor. Parking space for one car in front of unit. Heat and electricity are included in rent. Cable outlets available in rooms. No children. No pets. No smoking. I work from home most of the time and do require a quiet environment. The lower level is closed off with a door at the bottom of the stairs. There's a great restaurant for take-out right at the end of the street that delivers. Many other restaurants locally within 20 minutes or so driving distance. Shopping within 10 minutes in several directions. An application and background check will be required. First month's rent of $1,100.00 and security deposit of $1,100.00 will be required once approved.
