Room available for rent in Esquimalt – Immediate move-in! I moved into the apartment in Esquimalt a week ago, and while we’re still finishing getting everything in order, the room is already available for rent! The apartment will be shared with me, and my daughter stays with me twice a week. The space is small but has everything you need, and it’s meant for just two people. The room is available for rent now. Please note there is only one bathroom, and it will be shared with me, so it’s not an ensuite. The neighborhood is great, super convenient and close to everything. It’s one block away from a health clinic and near a mall with useful shops like Subway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and other stores. There’s a Country Grocery nearby, as well as a Wholesale market. Public transport is very accessible, with buses that take you to downtown or UVic, and Camosun College. Plus, there’s a recreation center nearby, and the apartment is just one block from the ocean where the boats are docked. It’s a great location, very close to downtown.
