Stephanie Has an Apartment for Rent

Hi I'm Stephanie! I am currently looking for a female roommate to take over my current roomie's room in May. I work as an RN. In my free time, I enjoy cooking/baking, running, pilates/yoga, shopping, spending time with family/friends, and going to the beach. I like an occasional night out or happy hour as well. I have two sweet siamese cats. I am quiet, organized, and very clean!! I'd like a roommate who is similar and would want to be friends. The complex is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom at the Village at Terra Bella. This is located right across from the Tampa Outlets and has a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, etc with downtown Tampa being 25 mins away. Apartment is a gated community with a resort style pool, gym, club house, outdoor grilling and picnic area, dog park, outdoor kitchen, sports lounge and many more amenities. The apartment is very cozy, spacious, and is already furnished. I am open to any decorating ideas for the apartment. Rent would be about $1,000 plus utilities. Internet is free.
