Pet-friendly (cats, small dogs, other small animals) Newly built (2023) 3 Bedroom townhouse in a great neighborhood next to a school. AC, Washer, dryer, dishwasher included. Snow removal, parking. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the bedroom. Feel free to reach out to me for any additional information. Looking for someone roughly around our age group (18-35 years old). A car is recommended as the closest bus is 15+ minutes walk away. We would also prefer someone who already resides near Moncton, or would be available to visit beforehand so we get to know each other and talk in-person before the move-in date.
