Ken Has a House for Rent

In September there will be train access 1/2 mile from the house by using the new South shore line. Looking for 3 roommates to rent the upstairs. Rooms are private with key and lock. I'm cleaning and painting now. Looking to be hopefully completed by 5/1 so I get get some renters in. I have a job and will see how you are and meet up and see how you are. Background required. I have young kids so just want to make sure no preds are coming in. I just wanted good people to rent since we are going to be in close quarters. I am not a tobacco user. You can smoke but only outside. Currently painting and putting new carpet down as well as putting new closet doors in. Rooms both have TVs in them. Dropped price to 900. I still have a lot of work to do. Painting the upstairs as well.
