Everything is out of the way for you; theres a private door entrance to the room we're renting on the side of the house. Just a single mother with 2 old small dogs that dont bark at the door when I enter, Im very generous with food and flexible for a reasonably fun life style. The only down side is that there isnt a whole kitchen space but there is a single stove microwave and a mini fridge with a freezer and a bathroom.
