The room has a dresser, one of the drawers is broken, there's a desk and a double bed frame. If you want to use the stuff you can or if it's not wanted we can get rid of it. I have 3 pet rabbits, the unit is pet friendly but the pets have to be small animals, in their own enclosure or compatible with rabbits if they're going to free roam as well. Thank you.

I have a daughter, she has the other bedroom. It's a 2 bedroom apartment, my room is the living room and you'd get your own private bedroom. I'm a working single mom, I plan to be off work for the summer and then my daughter will be at her dad's for the next school year in September. I am currently planning to work again in September. Someone long term would be great but willing to consider on a month to month basis. It's usually quiet at night between midnight and 8am. I don't have many people over either.
