Laura Has a House for Rent

Hello! There are two people living here full time, one 25 year old male and myself. There is a fourth room that’s quite smaller being rented out for storage. I work full time so I am not home most of the time during the week, the other roommate is a self employed entrepreneur that stays home and works on his own stuff in the basement regularly. This is a newly renovated two storey home with a full basement and backyard. The basement is available for organized storage. The bedroom that’s available is the original master bedroom of the house, it includes a closet and a beautiful brand new window. You also have access to a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, deck, backyard, bbq, gorgeous park across the street and a shared bathroom beside your room. We are located on a VERY quite dead end street, we are super close to the college campus, grocery store, train station and bus stops. Elgin is within walking distance and so is the Ottawa river! We have two dogs, one female and one male. Unfortunately we don’t want to allow other dogs or any cats due to personal reasons but anything in a tank, terrarium or enclosure will be allowed as long as they are properly cleaned after. Full disclosure, the male dog has PTSD and does not like aggressive or overly loud people but he is crate trained and does spend some time in there if I’m not home. Just to give you an idea of our lifestyle we are 420 friendly (OUTSIDE ONLY) We do try to be respectful and quiet especially after 10pm due to the fact that the house is semi-attached to the neighbouring house and they are a very nice quiet older couple. On that note we don’t care about having a few drinks or friends over on the weekends and in the summer the odd weekday but within reason of course.
