Bathurst station is 3km away (Bathurst/Bloor), 15m if taking transit and the bus stop to head downtown is a couple steps from the building. The nearest subway station is located 1 km away (St Clair West) The unit is on the 2nd floor of the building, there are no units above. I don't spend much time in the living/dining area after 4pm. I work from home and would prefer a roommate who works in-office or onsite. If you also need to work from home, it is not a deal breaker. I don't cook often as I prefer to meal-prep, I may use the kitchen for 4 hours one day and not need to use it again for the next few weeks.
