Includes FAST internet, water, (gas and electric up to 300 per month included). 8.5 miles to Carlsbad beaches ( our favorite ). 10 Miles to Legoland, Quick drive to Safari Park. Close to Palomar Hospital (7.9 miles), Kaiser San Marcos campus 4.1 miles ( New Kaiser Hospital at this campus is currently being built, early 2023 estimated open date ). Tri-City hospital is also near, 11 miles. Very quick drive to Cal State San Marcos 7 miles / 8 minutes. Great reviews from previous tenants and nurses who stayed here. Feedback that they especially liked walking so close in town to restaurants and more, loved having coffee on the balcony /patio, and also visiting local beaches (beach chairs and umbrella provided for guests ) Can provide referrals /references upon request.
