The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.✔️ Quiet hours start at 9:30 pm✔️ Backyard gatherings are not allowed past 9:30 pm✔️ No Shoes inside the property.✔️ No Pets✔️ A $500-$1000 charge (per item) will be applied for any items removed from the property✔️ Please be sure to unplug / turn off all appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Please ensure to turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.✔️ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.✔️ No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.✔️ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
