The house has 3 bedrooms and one is used as an office. Shared bathroom and kitchen with ample parking (on street or driveway). I am a senior/widowed and live with a medium-sized dog that I recently adopted from the Dominican Republic. We live on a quiet cul de sac in a clean neighborhood. Close to amenities, bus stops, parks, restaurants, medical clinics and within walking distance to a gym and library. Cable/internet and your own Smart TV but can use the one in living room as well. Office also available for your school work. Water, sewage,wi-fi internet all included in rent. I respect privacy, maintain a clean home, spend a lot of time outdoors, like listening to different types of music, watch a lot of movies, enjoy hiking, photography, long drives, reading, backgammon, cards and spending time with my friends. Looking for female roommates only. Looking for a responsible, friendly, respectful and clean person who likes dogs and that can contribute positively to a harmonious living environment.No drama.
