Clean, Quiet, Friendly, Dog loving Roommate Wanted

I am a 61 years young female who works outside of the home during the week and at home on the weekends. I adore my two little dogs and must require that they always be treated with kindness. I am neat and clean (but not at a crazy overboard level) and enjoy cooking and sharing meals with friends. I am a nonjudgmental, accepting, kind, and compassionate coffee drinker who is looking for a responsible and friendly roommate. Your rent will include electricity, internet, trash pickup, water, washer and dryer use and full access to the kitchen. You will need to bring your own bedroom furniture. I am new to the area and don't have a lot of furniture myself, so maybe we can pick out things together to accommodate both of our tastes. I am a good listener and would love to build a friendship (only) with my roommate so that we will both be more comfortable in our living space. I will be doing background and reference checks so just be honest with me and let's see what we can work out.
