Bjorn Has a Condo for Rent

Extra condo specs: Gym Underground parking Steam room 24hr concierge My name is Bjorn and i am a 25 yr old accountant (fully employed and also studying for my CPA). I consider myself a really clean dude and it would be nice to have a roommate that is the same way, but i also understand that life happens. I have had a bunch of roommates in my time, some awesome, some not so much. What i have learned is that active communication is very important. Also, not to let pet peeves bug you, and to always discuss concerns in a calm manner I love being active and going out, but also staying in and playing video games or watching movies. I am looking for someone to hang with, not just someone to rent a room to. It’s a cooler environment that way :)
