Andrea Has a Room for Rent

I'm Andrea and look forward to hosting you for your stay in Banksia Grove. I've 1 Single available including Desk and Lamp. My home is in a great location, close to the shopping centre, parks and a few mins walk to the bus stop. We are close to the City of Joondalup, which is one short bus ride away. You can jump on the train from Joondalup station which will take you to Perth City and beyond to explore all the wonderful sights Perth has to offer. Andrea is 57 years of age. She speaks English and enjoys sports, cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, socialising, travel, and gardening Andrea has 2 adult children living at home and one friendly dog. Dear future guest, please note: full payment is required before arrival. Our Homestay is now available from the 29th of September 2024 . Please give us at least a week's notice to prepare the room for your comfortable stay.
