Mount Duneed - Geelong near Surf Coast. Bus stop out the front of the house taking you to the Waurn Ponds Railway Station and a great V Line Train trip to Geelong or Melbourne. Both close to Deakin University Waurn Ponds and Waterfront. There are 4 bedrooms therefore looking at 1, 2 to 3 girls or boys on short term or longer if suits. Mature Age people that need security . The 2nd bathroom would be shared by students, I have my own. Cosy bedrooms fully furnished with desk and lamp. Internet and smart tv, gas ducted heating and air conditioning. I'm busy as a driving instructor/securities. Meals can be sorted on requirements once settled but extra on top of rent as cost of living/food rather expensive in Victoria now.
