Bartell Family Guest Room Located in Greenwood, we have a lovely room available for short or long term city stays. The room has a comfy queen size bed, drawers, hanging space and a bar fridge so you can make yourself at home. The room has access to its own ensuite shower and toilet facility. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, available for guests to use as needed. We have a new outdoor kitchen fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, microwave, and sink including a WebberQ and lovely outdoor area overlooking the park next door. The space Greenwood is a lovely leafy suburb halfway along the train line between the cities of Perth and Joondalup and only 7 minutes from Hillarys Boat Harbour and Sorento Beach. Our home is located next to a park with native trees attracting many varieties of bird life. Guest access We like our guests to feel like they are at home away from home. We are happy to engage with guests or leave them to have their privacy. Our priority is that our guests enjoy their stay with us
