House has central heating/cooling. Washing machine available. Two chihuahua dogs share the home. Limited Internet. Close to supermarket and halal butchers, post office, hardware and pub. 8km from city centre - one bus. Bus stop is close by. I am very involved with African communities, so am often hosting meetings in my home or out at an African function, so the house can be very empty or very full. Nice garden setting where you can sit and smoke outside. No smoking in the house, thanks.
