Bedroom for rent in Crystal Lake. $900/mo 2400 sqft house in a quiet neighborhood. I'm looking for a low-key, non-smoking individual to rent a private bedroom in my home. All utilities are included, however, I do not have cable, but I do have a big TV and you are welcome to use a streaming service or set up cable. On the main floor is a good-size kitchen, half bath, a library, and a family room. I also have a private yard, huge deck, and grill. Upstairs are the bedrooms and your bathroom. I'm a middle-aged single female and I have cats, so if you're allergic, it won't be a good fit for you. My daughter and her gf go away to college, but they do live at the house during breaks. Pros of renting here: -Your bedroom comes furnished. I know the room is kind of feminine. (Anyone is welcome to bring their own bedding and decor to make the space their own.) -I'm introverted and very quiet. -My cats are all very sweet. -I don't smoke or use drugs. -I can cook you dinner. -Great access to beaches, dining, shopping, and the farmer's market. -Free facials! I'm an esthetician. I also make skincare products, so I can customize skincare for you. -There is a laundry room on the main floor. -Driveway parking. Serious inquiries must undergo a background check. One month rent as deposit and the first month's rent due upfront.
