Hi, my name is Stephany. I am listing 2 rooms and looking for a female roommate. It is 900ft sq, luxury vinyl plank, and on the first floor. One is $850/month – Private room + private bath and the other is $800/month – Private room + shared bath. The monthly total includes rent, all utilities, in-unit laundry, wifi, parking & furnished common areas. The fees are $300 move-out fee and security deposit same as the rental price. The lease term: Aug 2025 – July 2026 and location tallahassee fl. The community is quiet and mainly student-residents. It is safe and comfortable here. There are nearby bus routes if you don’t drive the closest one we have is a 3 minute walk. Publix, Target, and other essentials are 5 minutes away by car. It's directly across from FSU campus, a 12 minute walk. It’s also a 9 minute drive to both FAMU and TCC. No pets & no smoking.
