Its a spacious master loft with king bed upstairs with 2 twin xls in the bedroom on the main floor. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials including a dishwasher. A full-sized washer/dryer are also in the unit. Landlords live nearby. Photos show the cabin and surrounding environment. 1 Bedroom + Master Loft -- The main floor bedroom is equipped with two xl twin beds, while the large, open loft boasts a comfortable king-sized bed. The large picture windows bring warmth and light into the space year round. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. Wifi available and a full-size washer and dryer are in the unit. The large, walk-in shower is luxe with dual shower heads.One dog may be considered with approval. Rate Note: Rate posted is from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Ask about summer rates and availability. Cell Coverage Note: Verizon and carriers that work off Verizon towers get excellent 4G coverage. ATandT has limited coverage at the cabin, though WiFi calling would be available.Water note: Like much of Ketchikan, the water source for this cabin is collected rainwater. It is filtered and safe for consumption. Guests are asked to moderate their water use, especially in drier seasons. Overuse of water may result in a fee to have the water tank filled commercially.
