I have spent the last 30 years in Healthcare as a c.n.a and loved every minute. I am a big broadway person. I am very clean and organized and I a small shelter she is well behaved and is named elpahaba from wicked . I'm a extremely private person and give the same . I'm a quite person and respect my neighbors I have lived here for 8 years with no complaints against me. There will be 2 interviews done before any decision would be made or an offer made. There will be a criminal background done you meet with the landlord and go through that interview and we will need 3 references 2 personal and one from a former landlord. Also I am married but we live separately with limit visits. No wild parties no excessive traffic. Respect is the key word I will respect you and your privacy as I would expect the same. This would be good for a college student or someone just starting out.
