Roommate wanted for sept

Hey there! Thanks for checking out my post. I am currently looking for a like minded professional in their 30's to sublease a renovated upstairs 2b/2b apartment in Shadowridge Vista. Starting September. Rent will be $1161.50 each plus deposit ($400), and last months rent. Plus utilities. Water, trash, and sewer are included. I am in the master and you would get your bedroom and own bathroom on the opposite side of the apartment. You will get kitchen space and access to the common areas. Month to month. Laundry is on site as well as a tennis court, pool and spa. No more pets allowed in apartment. About the place: Upstairs unit Air Conditioning All Electric Kitchen Appliances Private Balcony Vertical Blinds Water, Trash & Sewer Paid About me: I am 35 years old who loves to travel, go out with friends, stay busy, try new things, socialize, hangout at the house, exercise, cook, clean and stay healthy. I do not smoke, hardly drink, and live a very healthy lifestyle. I have a rabbit and looking into getting a kitten soon. (Note if you have a hay allergy). What I am looking for: Someone the same age group (30-40) who wants a peaceful, stress free living situation. Someone who is clean, responsible, friendly, mature, communicates, takes pride in the place, and does not have wild parties or has a lot of people over all the time. Someone who is willing to split basic household items as well as common area cleaning...Please have good credit, no record, renters history, and a stable job (preferably out of the house)/income with proof, and willing to sign a lease agreement)..
