Rhonda Has a House for Rent

The location of my home is hard to beat. Much to do and see and all can be done by walking or biking, and if you don't have a car there is public transport to go further. We are close to the Marina, beach, bike path, Abbott Kinney, cafes and restaurants, and other entertainment. I live here full time and one other lives here part time. We have a full time very sweet cat and a part time lovely dog. Our home is clean, friendly and very comfortable. The bedroom is a good size, with a new queen bed, desk and chair, hardwood floor with some rugs, and the closet is a good size. There is a ceiling fan, and window for good light and air flow. The living area and kitchen are open plan and very comfortable. I have lived here for approximately 30 years, therefore a great source of information for those not familiar with the area.
