Ideal for females and couples! Welcome to a bright and charming apartment in the heart of Côte des Neiges, Montreal. The apartment is ideally situated, with a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants, the CDN metro station, and multiple bus lines (165, 129, 51) that can take you to Downtown, Le Plateau-Mont-Royal, and the Old Port in less than 30 mins. A private bedroom is available for the guests, featuring a full-size bed, a study table, and a chair. The room has big windows with a pretty view of the main street. The guests have access to the kitchen, the bathroom, and the balcony in the living room, overlooking the beautiful garden. Access to fast internet (300 Mbps) and laundry in the building is included. I am a working, solo female living in the apartment (staying in the living room converted to a bedroom). The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me. I give privacy to the guests, but at the same time, I would love to share a meal, chat, or hang out together. I speak English, Hindi, Gujarati, and French (beginner). In my free time, I go for social dancing (Salsa, Bachata), bike around the city, or simply go on a hike and enjoy nature! :) I would be happy to recommend places to visit, eat, and fun activities to do to experience Montreal like a local!
