House is a 2bed, 1.5 bath, large backyard. The unfurnished room has its own closet and large window overlooking the backyard. Bathroom is mostly yours, I would just use the shower. The house is on a quiet street, in a very safe neighborhood. You would have access common areas, driveway and backyard. Pool access as well, if willing to chip in for maintenance. Utilities would be roughly $200 each (Electric,water,internet). Quick access to Altamonte, Lockhart, Apopka and maitland. About 2 miles from i4. About 1 mile from lake lotus park. My name is Marc, 38 yrs old. I live here with my dog, Leo. My home is a safe space of peace and (mostly) quiet. I am a clean person and like to keep my home neat and organized. I don’t have parties, and rarely have people over, except for family. I am a non smoker, non-drinker. If you smoke, Please outside only. Preferable no pets, unless its something small like a fish or something that would stay in your room. Ideal person is single, no kids with a similar lifestyle.
