2 rooms for rent in Burien's coziest neighborhood

My preference would be having one person who pays $1115 and get one normal sized bedroom (11’2″x10’4″) with two windows and one overhead light, and one bonus room (8’6″x 8’8″) with one window and over head light. I’m also open to a parent and child splitting the two rooms, or a couple (who is used to living intentionally/collectively). Or if need be, renting each room out to a different person (bigger room for $715, and the smaller room for $400). There’s a large bathroom upstairs that will primarily be for upstairs occupant’s use, and a tushy on the toilet! Regular utilities listed as monthly (or every other monthly) costs for the entire house hold: internet, $50/mo. Water ~90/mo. Gas ~$83.37 Electricity ~$190/2mo. Waste removal (trash, recycling, food & yard waste) ~124/2mo, and sewer ~$112/2mo. I live with two geriatric mammals, a 17 year old cat, and a 16 (?) year old dog. I am open to more animals moving in, but want us to come up with a plan for introducing them to my animals. There’s huge front and back yards which I can maintain on my own, but if you have a green thumb you are welcome to take over. There’s also parking in the front yard for free (duh?). My bedroom, workspace and bathroom are in the basement, where there also is a shared washing machine and dryer. I have roombas for upstairs and downstairs, which keeps the animal fur under control. I am hoping that for kitchen and bathroom cleaning we can come up with a plan for regular cleaning duties that work for both of us. On the thoughtlessly messy to compulsively clean spectrum I am on the messier side, but want the space to be usable and pleasing to look at. The house is not wheel chair accessible. The house is low scent (I don’t wear perfumes or use air fresheners), but lots of the bar soaps I use have scents, and when my pets get stinky I use essential oils to counter act the stink.
