Emilie Has a Flat for Rent

Hi We are a French couple in a cozy home in Sandyford, 2min walking to the tram (Luas Green line) and 25min by tram to the city center, 30min by bus to the sea (Dun Laoghaire). There is a bus (Aircoach) to go directly to the Airport in 45/50min. We offer a quite big room with a double bed, private bathroom / toilets (no hair dryer), & a desk with second screen available. A park is available in the building's basement. Two shy cats which stay only in the living room. Really close to the flat, you will find supermarkets, Starbucks, parks,... We offer coffee/tea if you need but no breakfast :) I work from home most of the time (self employed in event industry) and my boyfriend works outside. The flat is usually really quiet and we like it. See you soon
