We’re offering an unfurnished private room for rent in a newly built two-story home. Ideal for a clean, responsible, and drama-free roommate. A steady income is required, and all applicants must pass a background check (cost covered by the applicant). The room includes access to a shared upstairs bathroom (shared with only one other person), on-site laundry, and street parking. All utilities are included — gas, water, sewer, electricity, and trash. No smoking or pets are allowed on or around the premises, in accordance with strictly enforced HOA rules. We’re looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and committed to keeping shared spaces clean. The home is conveniently located near Galleria Mall, EOS Gym, Costco, Lake Las Vegas, Nevada State College, and CSN Henderson.
