Kathleen Has a House for Rent

We live in a small private estate in Dublin 11 ina 4-bedroom terraced house. We have 2 grown up children and six grandchildren. So we make for a close-knit family with the laughter and sound of children always around. We are in a great location and served well by public transport. The bus service is less than 2 minutes walk from our home, and approx 30 minutes to Dublin City Center. We are the perfect choice for student accommodation, as we are very close to a number of great universities. DCU (Dublin City University) is a 30-minute walk away. There is also a bus service that will bring you to DCU. We are also close to the DCU All Hallows Campus, which can be reached by bus. DCU Saint Patrick's College campus is very close, and can be reached by bus in about 30 minutes, or in about 45 minutes on foot. Marino Institue of Education on Griffith Avenue is about a 50-minute walk away. There are plenty of parks in the area, and we are lucky to be close to the National Botanic Garden, and the Glasnevin Cemetery. ** Please note that we do not accept bookings for families with under 14 year olds **
