In one of La Jolla's most walkable neighborhoods, this tree-lined avenue is reminiscent of a country lane, just two blocks from eateries, coffee shops, and outdoor yoga. Mother Nature surrounds us, just a 3-minute walk to the ocean and a 9-minute walk to a sandy beach. One private queen bedroom, shared bathroom. One twin bedroom, shared bathroom. Quiet, off the beaten path, tranquility abounds within three gardens. The Pacific Ocean's western breeze wafts through my front door and living room. Ficus, decades-old majestic Yuccas, and multiple outdoor seating options. If you play the piano, by all means, enjoy playing my 1920s Steinway. Spend time in my living room-dining room combination while enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a book, or working on your computer. My front garden has two chaise chairs and a high-top table. During warm days and evenings, it is a magical place to be surrounded by Mother Nature.
