Howard Has a House for Rent

Three-Bedroom house two of the three rooms are available to rent. The room can be furnished for an additional $50 a month. Water trash and Wi-Fi included. We will split electricity by the number of people (example if it’s just you and me 50/50) Pros of the property. I am rarely there, Brand new appliances in a renovated kitchen. New flooring throughout the house, Brand new HVAC and duct work, & a large backyard. Conn’s the house is being renovated common areas are livable and mostly completed.
