Professional / Student Female Housemates Wanted I’m a live-in landlord offering a fully furnished room in my home to a professional or student female housemate. Single occupancy only (one person per room). I’m a friendly, welcoming person and I work in the NHS at Charing Cross Hospital. A cleaner comes once a week to clean the communal areas. This is my first home, recently bought, and for long-term tenants I’d love it to feel like home — I’d even be happy to change the room colour for the right tenant. Lifestyle Requirements: • Non-smoker • Non-drinker can drink in the room or outside not in communal area • Vegetarian, vegan, or halal diet. No pork or ham Rent & Bills: • All bills included • Wi-Fi included Lease: • Short-term stays considered (up to 6 months) Deposit & Payments: • 6 weeks’ deposit • 1 month’s rent in advance + current month’s rent on move-in. Open to negotiation case by case basis • Final month’s rent will be adjusted, and the deposit returned at the end of the tenancy (subject to terms) Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis — I have allergies, so details must be shared in advance.
