Kyle is Looking for a House to Rent

Hello, my name is Kyle. I'm looking to become a roommate and can move in near the middle of January. I'm open to renting a vacant room, basement, etc. As far as budget goes, I'm looking for something **no higher than $1,000 per month total including utilities**. I don't need much; just a bedroom and access to a full bathroom, laundry, and a kitchen. I am open to living anywhere within 15 or so minutes of Reston Town Center. About me: - I'm a 29 year old, single, white male. - I am currently living and working (full-time) in Herndon. - I work remote on Mondays and Fridays, and occasionally Saturdays. Hours are typically 8-4:30pm. - I'm 100% drug-and-alcohol-free. - I don't have pets. - I have a Honda Civic that would need a parking space. - I mostly watch TV and spend time on my phone when I'm home. - I can be quiet, clean, and courteous roommate.
