Nima is Looking for a House to Rent

Hi I'm a 45 year old male. Grew up in Calgary. Been in calgary all my life. Went to western canada high school. I love Cats, used to have a Ragdoll cat. I am on disability and don't work, I'm super quiet and super clean. Don't bring anyone over and don't talk on the phone much. I want a quiet and clean roommate, male or female doesn't matter, that don't bring anyone over and no over night guests as I am very private and clean. I'm looking for a furnished room. I got hurt at work in 2022 and I'm on disability now for a Ankle injury. I don't cook much only once a day and it's light cooking. My roommate needs to be quiet and super clean as I am. I don't care if you smoke or drink but don't get drunk and make problems.
