Hannah is Looking for a House to Rent

Hello, my name's Hannah and my fiancé's name is Matthew. We're both 26 years old, LGBTQ+ friendly, and are relatively quiet and reserved. We're nerdy and play a lot of video games in our spare time, so we won't be a bother unless you want the company. We're not party type people but will have the occasional drink, though if that's a deal-breaker we can easily give it up. Non-smoking and do no type of drugs, and we ask if you smoke (cigarettes and/or weed) that you do so outside as the smell genuinely makes me nauseous. I'm a clean freak and willing to do extra work around the house, though I will always be respectful of your space and personal belongings and ask for the same boundaries given in return. We have one medium sized dog (about 50 pounds) that will be 7 this year. She's spayed, a bit hyper and wants to play with everyone she meets, but super sweet and gets along well with all people, kids, other dogs, and cats so you having pets is no issue to us, and she is house trained. We're just looking for a safe place to call home.
